In USA, researchers claim that the new drug called BPN 14770 can protect against amnesia and nerve damage. This pre-clinical research has been published in the Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics.  BPN 14747 is an enzyme that plays an important role in memory formation, learning, neuroinflammation, and recovery from brain injury. PDE4D reduces cyclic adenosine monophosphate (CMP). It is a messenger molecule, which describes the physical changes the body makes.

During the research, they have found that this new drug for Alzheimer blocks the effects of amyloid beta. Amyloid beta is related to Alzheimer’s protein, which is dangerous to nerve cells. During physical development, BPN 14770 can help activate processes that are considered good for nerve health and also prevent dementia.

Buffalo University Associate Professor Ying Xu said the study suggests that the brain can tolerate Alzheimer’s pathology to some extent. Xu said that according to the new study, BPN14770 may be able to activate multiple biological processes, a process that prevents memory loss, neurological damage and reduced biochemicals.
