Preparing it is very simple according to the recipe from the Recipes Every Day blog, and it will take quite a bit of time. For those who are hungry after work, such a dish will be just right: crispy, satisfying and fragrant.
- garlic – 1 head;
- greens – 1 bunch;
- butter – 100 gr;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- salt, pepper – to taste;
- hard cheese, grated – 60 gr.
- olive oil – 50 ml.
Cut off the top of the garlic, lightly peel and place on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Wrap the garlic in foil and send to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

In a deep bowl, mix room temperature butter, baked garlic, paprika, grated cheese, finely chopped fresh herbs and ground pepper to taste. Grind everything to a homogeneous consistency. You can use an immersion blender for this.
